Stefan is a Product Owner and Agile consultant based in Graz, Austria. For the past ten-plus years he's been the person in the room who makes sure the right things get built — in the right order, without unnecessary drama and fuss.

He's worked in fintech, app-marketing, logistics and telecoms. Different industries, same core problem: too many ideas, too little time, and a dev team waiting for someone to make a call. That's where he comes in.

Stefan runs discovery workshops, shapes backlogs of epics, features and tasks, writes user stories that responsible don't have to decipher, and keeps releases from turning into disasters. He's equally comfortable talking strategy with a product manager and reviewing acceptance criteria with a QA engineer, or taking over both roles. 

His daily tools: asking the right questions, cutting through noise, and making sure everyone's pulling in the same direction.

  • App Radar – Senior PO on a SaaS platform, working closely with the Head of Product on roadmap and strategy.
  • BearingPoint / Regnology – PO for EasyTax, a multi-client tax compliance solution. Release management, client communication, the whole picture.
  • ivii GmbH – PO and Scrum Master across several parallel client projects.

A few useful facts

‍

Certified PSPO I & II, IPMA Level C project manager, Master's in Electrical Engineering. Speaks Slovak, English, and German — all fluently, the last one with a C2 certificate to prove it.
